Expertise Retainer Service

The House of Compassion enters into retainer agreements, providing expert advice to support businesses with prompt advice on risk mitigation and compassionate responses to Family Violence and/or Sexual Assault. This can include victim/survivors who are staff or clientele.

Debriefing Services

Compassion consultants can facilitate structured therapeutic sessions to staff impacted in the workplace due to workplace exposure to family violence. This may be in the line of work or due to a work colleague (following a consultation to provide victim/survivor individual services).

Reflective Practice

The House of Compassion can provide experienced facilitators to hold thoughtful discussion and guided reflection, that allow staff to see their work—and their role within it—with renewed clarity. Reflective practice mitigates vicarious trauma by providing confidential, non-judgmental safe spaces where staff can share experiences, process complex emotions, and develop new insights.
